Mikado is an exceptionally gentle stallion with a very stable temperament. He is extremely typey and, due to his colour, represents a true rarity. He will always pass on a cream gene and, in 50% of cases, the Tobiano pinto pattern.
Mikado has an outstanding canter, always jumping through securely and in rhythm, with excellent balance and a clear uphill tendency.
In free jumping, Mikado has consistently impressed and achieved high scores. Under saddle, he has been successful in show jumping in the USA. Thanks to his harmonious basic gaits, his jumping talent and his strong work ethic, he is an interesting and versatile sire.
