Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal if the goods have not yet left the warehouse.

Widerrufsrecht
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of purchase, but only on the condition that the purchased semen has not yet left the warehouse.
As soon as the semen has left the warehouse, the right to cancel expires as the semen lose his hygiene status and is also perishable goods. Once the semen has left the warehouse, it may not be taken back into the warehouse because it is a certified EU depot.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Freeze and Breed, Brückenstr. 3, 56370 Eisighofen, Germany, email: info@freezeandbreed.de, tel. +49 (0) 160 7947512) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a with letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The actual receipt of the cancellation applies, not the postmark.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
